The Western Health and Social Care Trust, Health Improvement Department works in partnership with statutory, community and voluntary organisations to enable local delivery of Northern Ireland health improvement strategies in settings across the Western area. 

 

The Health Improvement Department carries out work in areas such as mental health, suicide prevention, settings, obesity, sexual health, alcohol and drugs, chronic disease management and accident prevention.
